I purchased a painting/print, do I now own the copyright?

No. You own the painting/print, but not the copyright. This means that it is illegal for you to reproduce my work for profit or to use the image in any way without my explicit permission.

Can I get a tattoo of one of your paintings?

Yes! I would love to see the final work. I do ask that you consider buying something from my shop as well as this helps me to continue doing what I do for a living.

Returns Policy

I want you to be happy with your artwork. My business is small and I am not offering returns at this time, I would ask that you please be mindful of this before placing an order. If there is a problem with your order please visit the contact page and we will come up with a solution together.

*I cannot be held responsible for damages or loss during the shipping process. If you receive a damaged item due to shipping, a claim can be filed with the shipping carrier to recover loss. Please contact me if any such situation occurs so we can discuss replacement, if available. I will do my best to make it right!

Shipping Info

Average production/processing time is 1-4 business days.

For standard USPS First Class delivery, delivery can take anywhere from 2-10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of the postal service. However the average time is about 2-3 days.


For USPS Priority shipping, delivery is 1-3 days, but this is not guaranteed and may take longer during the holidays. 

 

Some items ship via UPS 5-7 days 


International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

Taxes and Import Fees

For certain international destinations, this may incur additional import fees, customs fees or tarriffs. Unfortunately I cannot account for every specific international tax on imports, and any required duties must be paid by the purchaser in their respective country. Sorry!

The artist retains all rights to the artwork created and distributed by Jen Duran. Reproductions of any and all artwork is at the sole discretion of the artist. This includes the rights of sold and commissioned artwork. 

 

The collector (buyer) may not in any way reproduce the artwork without express written permission from the artist.

 

The purchase of partial or full rights to artwork produced by Jen Duran is firmly unattainable.
